Who we are

A New Approach To Rehab

We are NOT Home Health. Instead, we operate like a traditional outpatient therapy provider. While we still bill Medicare Part B, our approach is different in that our therapists travel to the patients’ homes and communities instead of requiring them to come to our facilities. This eliminates the need for patients to travel, reduces the risk of infection, and improves patient compliance. By being in the patients’ real environments, our therapists can assess their actual conditions, develop programs that can be used for longer periods, and deliver more personalized care. Unlike home health services or outpatient settings, our therapists are not limited by strict restrictions or profit margins. We view our clients as long-term members of the Mobile Rehab family, and we genuinely care about their long-term success.

Consistent Care and Follow-up

We aim to form long-term results and an improved relationship between therapist and patient. Each patient receives a 30-Day follow-up to ensure continued success and an optional 90-Day Re-Evaluation to ensure quality outcomes.

Affordable

We are a Medicare Part B approved provider. We do not charge a concierge fee, and the patient's cost for Medicare services is the same as any other facility. If the patient requires services that are not covered under Medicare, rather than denying those services, we offer them in coordination with their Medicare benefits.

A Medicare Approved Provider

We are a Medicare Part B approved provider. We are not home health and do not need to follow the strict regulations set on Home Health and other Medicare Part A providers and patients. Our patients do not need to be home bound. Medicare Part B’s goals are to maximize the patient’s potential and assist them to reach their highest possible outcomes. Traditional Medicare Part B patients pay no more than they would at a brick and mortar facility and patients with secondary insurance enjoy no out-of-pocket costs.
